Welcome to Emotive Art!

Now exactly what is emotive art? Emotive art is art that provokes an emotional response from the viewer using high energy, passionate, rich, vibrant and saturated colors.

With a unique approach to art execution, all muscle cars, classic cars, vintage race car, and other sports car racing artwork are created with a special technique in Photoshop with a digital tablet and pen. This allows one to actually "paint" the brush strokes like you would on an actual canvas. Each piece is then printed out in a metallic format. The result is a stunning high contrast, emotional piece of artwork with a metallic surface that brings these cars to life!

Here you will find vintage race cars. muscle cars, and stock car racing, with more genres to be added in the future!

Hey there!

My name is Arvind and I am the owner of this website. So cool of you to drop by and welcome to Emotive Art, Art that provokes an emotion! Well first of all…a little about myself. I have a HUGE passion for art and design. Specifically in the automotive sector. I have been working in the automotive industry for the past 12 years striving to bring together the wonderful disciplines of art and engineering. Upon that journey, I cultivated my passion for creating artwork and understanding the world of design. My passion for art really began from my childhood days. I always loved to draw.

However I wanted to create artwork with contextual meaning. I created a blog and website called www.drivenmavens.com. Here, the artwork is given historical background and my methodology in creating each art piece. However, the site is more than just another artist sharing his work with the world, but a site that seeks to educate many others that are excited about art. I want to inspire upcoming artists, whether you are in high school, college, or even a working professional looking for new tips and ideas on how to approach art in general.
